Lichin’s Golden Food

From running the family business of chicken farming to being known as an expert with 40 years’ experience in making braised dishes, the owner of “Linchin’s Golden Food,” a popular vendor in the Guangfu Market, has not only enjoyed her work but also made generous contributions to local affairs. A few years ago, she was recommended by chairman Wan-Shu Lee to become the administrator of Longshin Temple. She vowed that the temple will stop burning joss paper and instead use rice vermicelli to worship God, and that she will become a vegetarian with the wish to make more meaningful contributions to the communities.
